This website, https://baiktuan.com (the “Site”), is operated by Akros One Solution Sdn. Bhd. [Company Reg. No. 201401025771], B-2-3, Solaris Dutamas, 1 Jalan Dutamas 1, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (“we”, “us”, “our”), under the brand Baik Tuan.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of Malaysian law
- Post or transmit content that is false, offensive, obscene, defamatory, threatening or harassing, including content that breaches section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape or overload the Site, or introduce malware
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited marketing
We may suspend or block access to the Site at any time without notice if you breach these Terms.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, label designs, recipes descriptions, graphics, and layout) belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by Malaysian copyright and trademark law, including the Copyright Act 1987 and the Trademarks Act 2019.
Baik Tuan™ and related logos are our trademarks. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use them without our written permission. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.
5. Products and information
We try to display our products, ingredients, images and descriptions accurately. Colours may vary by screen, and packaging may change over time. Always check the product label for the most current ingredients and allergen information.
Allergen notice: our sauces may contain or come into contact with soy, mustard, fish (in Worcestershire sauce), and other allergens. If you have a food allergy, please read the label carefully before consuming.
Nothing on the Site is medical or dietary advice.
6. Orders and purchases
- An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm and accept your order.
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example due to stock shortage, pricing errors, suspected fraud or an address we cannot deliver to. If we have already charged you, we will refund the full amount.
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
Orders via TikTok Shop and other marketplaces: if you buy through TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada or another platform, that platform’s terms, payment, delivery and return policies also apply, and your contract may be with or through that platform.
7. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) [inclusive / exclusive] of applicable taxes, including SST where applicable.
- We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
- Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
- If a price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you.
8. Delivery
- We deliver within [Malaysia / Peninsular and East Malaysia] through courier partners [e.g. TresGo, DHL, J&T].
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays or other events beyond our control.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check your parcel on receipt and tell us promptly about any damage.
- East Malaysia deliveries may take longer and cost more. [Confirm shipping fees.]
9. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons, except where the product is faulty or unsafe.
You may request a replacement or refund if the product:
- Arrives damaged, leaking or defective
- Is not the item you ordered
- Is not of acceptable quality or does not match its description
Please contact us within [7] days of delivery with your order number and photos. Refunds are made to the original payment method within [14] days of approval.
You can cancel an order before it ships by contacting us. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
10. Product safety and storage
Store unopened sauce in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 2 weeks or as stated on the label. Do not consume if the seal is broken on arrival or the product smells or looks abnormal. Report any safety concern to us immediately.
11. User comments and submissions
If you post comments, reviews or other content on the Site, you:
- Confirm you own it or have the right to post it, and that it does not breach the law or anyone’s rights
- Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use it in connection with the Site and our marketing
- Accept that we may remove any content at our discretion
Views expressed by users are theirs, not ours.
12. Third-party links and services
The Site may contain links to third-party sites (such as TikTok, Instagram or payment providers). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned.
This does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
16. Force majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, strikes, supply chain disruption, or internet or power failure.

18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site with a new date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the changes. Orders are governed by the Terms in force when you placed them.

- Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
- Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver: failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
